\u00a0 \u00a0LOS REYES, MICH.- <\/strong>\u00a0Con una nutrida afluencia\u00a0 en las cajas de la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal para cumplir, positiva respuesta ciudadana han generado los incentivos implementados por el ayuntamiento para el pago del impuesto predial 2024, tanto en el mes de diciembre pasado con la promoci\u00f3n de pago anticipado, como en lo que va de enero.<\/p>\n

Francisco Javier Oregel Mart\u00ednez, tesorero municipal, agradeci\u00f3 que por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo, la poblaci\u00f3n este dando una muestra de confianza a hacia la administraci\u00f3n que preside el alcalde Jos\u00e9 Antonio Salas Valencia: \u201cel pago anticipado del predial 2024 a precio de 2023 tuvo una gran aceptaci\u00f3n\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Record\u00f3 que el pago anticipado se mantuvo hasta el ultimo d\u00eda de diciembre, con el beneficio adicional de recibir, por cada predio pagado, un boleto para participar en la rifa de una motocicleta, una Smart TV y una tableta electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n

Precis\u00f3 que la buena respuesta se ha mantenido en los primeros d\u00edas del mes en curso, con numerosos contribuyentes haciendo fila desde temprana hora para realizar su pago, recibiendo de igual forma, su boleto para la rifa que est\u00e1 prevista para el 29 de marzo pr\u00f3ximo, mediante t\u00f3mbola y en presencia de notario p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

Nuevamente se colocaron sillas en las afueras de Tesorer\u00eda y se cuenta con 3 cajas habilitadas para los tr\u00e1mites, dijo al reiterar que tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1n aplicando descuentos especiales a personas de la tercera edad (con credencial del Inapam), sobre una sola propiedad de acuerdo a su valor catastral, finaliz\u00f3.<\/p>\n
