gremio municipal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 LOS REYES, MICH.-<\/strong> Convencido de que una relaci\u00f3n de trabajo conjunto y cordialidad con el Sindicato de Empleados Municipales (SEM) es fundamental\u00a0 para optimizar la operatividad de las distintas \u00e1reas del ayuntamiento y cumplir las metas en programas, obras y acciones de beneficio colectivo, el alcalde Jos\u00e9 Antonio Salas Valencia dialog\u00f3 con integrantes del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo del gremio.<\/p>\n<p>Encabezados por el secretario general, Luis Zepeda Fern\u00e1ndez, los representantes de los trabajadores al servicio del gobierno municipal, sostuvieron un franco di\u00e1logo con el presidente municipal, a quien le dieron a conocer temas pendientes a revisar en la revisi\u00f3n contractual con el gremio y refrendaron su total disposici\u00f3n de laborar de forma institucional, hombro a hombro en beneficio de la ciudadan\u00eda reyense.<\/p>\n<p>El alcalde indic\u00f3 que todos los funcionarios y trabajadores de confianza, tienen la indicaci\u00f3n precisa de trabajar en equipo con la parte sindical, por lo que asegur\u00f3 que su compromiso y el de su equipo de trabajo es rec\u00edproco; de la misma manera, asegur\u00f3 que se dar\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n a los temas que no se les resolvieron desde la pasada administraci\u00f3n, en apego a las Condiciones Generales de Trabajo (CGT).<\/p>\n<p>Estuvieron presentes un grupo de trabajadores jubilados, con quienes tambi\u00e9n abordaron diversos temas pendientes, para finalizar con la coincidencia de mantener canales de dialogo y comunicaci\u00f3n abiertos: \u201custedes son pieza clave del engranaje del ayuntamiento, por ello es de suma importancia el que trabajemos siempre hombro con hombro\u201d, precis\u00f3 el
