MICH.-<\/strong> Con el objetivo de coordinar acciones en materia de prevenci\u00f3n, previsi\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n en situaciones de riesgo, emergencia o desastre, la presidenta del Sistema Municipal para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF) de Los Reyes, Ang\u00e9lica Patricia \u00c1lvarez\u00a0 Pizano, encabez\u00f3 en d\u00edas pasados la integraci\u00f3n formal del Subcomit\u00e9 Municipal de Atenci\u00f3n a Poblaci\u00f3n en Condiciones de Emergencia del organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho subcomit\u00e9 forma parte de la estrategia institucional del Sistema Nacional DIF (SNDIF) en la materia, la cual busca desarrollar la capacidad institucional en sus diferentes niveles de actuaci\u00f3n en un marco de corresponsabilidad para atender a la poblaci\u00f3n sujeta de asistencia social amenazada y\/o afectada por situaciones de desastre, de manera oportunidad, actuando en coordinaci\u00f3n con la federaci\u00f3n y el estado para el auxilio de damnificados.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c1lvarez Pizano dio la bienvenida a los presentes y propuso como secretario de actas del Subcomit\u00e9 al secretario municipal, Ricardo Enrique Torres Barrag\u00e1n, estando de acuerdo todos los integrantes, por lo que se procedi\u00f3 a presentar la Gu\u00eda de Atenci\u00f3n a Poblaci\u00f3n en Condiciones de Emergencia (APCE), los cargos y responsabilidades de cada uno de ellos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-343 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/losreyesmichoacan.gob.mx\/h2124\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-11-12-at-2.19.22-PM-1-300x169.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/>De esta manera, se constituy\u00f3 y se tom\u00f3 protesta formal a la estructura org\u00e1nica del Subcomit\u00e9: como Coordinadora General, la presidenta del DIF Los Reyes; como Enlace de Planeaci\u00f3n, Francisco Santiago Romero Cisneros; como Enlace de Operaci\u00f3n, el director de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Luis Fernando G\u00e1lvez Ch\u00e1vez; como Enlace de Log\u00edstica, el Oficial Mayor, Miguel Higareda
