\u00a0 LOS REYES, MICH.-<\/strong> Autoridades y funcionarios municipales encabezados por la presidenta del Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF), Ang\u00e9lica Patricia \u00c1lvarez Pizano, dieron la bienvenida a Los Reyes, a ponentes y participantes del Curso \u201cFen\u00f3meno S\u00edsmico-Volc\u00e1nico\u00a0 y Elaboraci\u00f3n de Programas Especiales\u201d.<\/p>\n

El curso lleg\u00f3 a esta ciudad con el \u201cTaller para la Elaboraci\u00f3n de Programas Especiales de Protecci\u00f3n Civil\u201d, a cargo de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (DGPC) del gobierno federal, luego de que el curso inici\u00f3 formalmente ayer mi\u00e9rcoles en Perib\u00e1n, con temas alusivos al campo volc\u00e1nico monogen\u00e9tico Michoac\u00e1n-Guanajuato y los enjambres s\u00edsmicos, t\u00f3picos impartidos por el Centro Nacional para la Prevenci\u00f3n de Desastres (Cenapred).<\/p>\n

Con la Casa de la Cultura como sede, la presidenta del DIF municipal, a nombre de su esposo y alcalde Jos\u00e9 Antonio Salas Valencia, dio la bienvenida: \u201cestoy muy contenta de que este tipo de capacitaciones se realicen en nuestro municipio; la intenci\u00f3n es aprender y aprender todos juntos, por eso estamos honrados por recibir a quienes nos visitan de los distintos niveles de gobierno y de otros municipios, esta es su casa\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Ricardo Enrique Torres Barrag\u00e1n, secretario municipal, resalt\u00f3 el trabajo conjunto entre Perib\u00e1n y Los Reyes con PC estatal y el gobierno federal para traer este curso, el cual tiene su origen en lo vivido en los \u00faltimos meses con los enjambres s\u00edsmicos. \u201cEs un tema de prevenci\u00f3n, de saber qu\u00e9 hacer ante un fen\u00f3meno natural, de informarnos, capacitarnos y replicarlo para estar preparados\u201d, dijo al reconocer a PC como una parte humanitaria y de servicio.<\/p>\n

Erika Mendoza Reynosa, jefa de departamento del Programa Municipal de la DGPC, felicit\u00f3 la iniciativa de emprender labores anticipadas y fomentar la prevenci\u00f3n y difundir informaci\u00f3n certera que permita gestionar los riesgos de una mejor manera, mientras que Benjam\u00edn Garc\u00eda Vel\u00e1zquez, coordinador de Educaci\u00f3n y Capacitaci\u00f3n de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal de PC, reconoci\u00f3 la val\u00eda de los conocimientos que se est\u00e1n adquiriendo del Cenapred y de la DGPC.<\/p>\n

El tesorero municipal, Francisco Javier Oregel Mart\u00ednez, por su parte, hizo hincapi\u00e9 en las gestiones para traer desde la federaci\u00f3n y el estado, capacitaciones en temas tan importantes como lo es la actividad s\u00edsmica, por lo que reiter\u00f3 todo el apoyo del alcalde y el ayuntamiento en general, para el curso que culminar\u00e1 ma\u00f1ana viernes.<\/p>\n

Luis Fernando G\u00e1lvez Ch\u00e1vez,\u00a0 Coordinador de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Bomberos de Los Reyes, agradeci\u00f3 a todos pero especialmente, el trabajo en equipo con PC de Los Reyes, Perib\u00e1n, Tocumbo, Tanc\u00edtaro, Uruapan y San Juan Nuevo: \u201cgracias\u00a0 por esa hermandad que existe entre todos, por eso seguimos estudiando y prepar\u00e1ndonos para hacer frente a cualquier contingencia\u201d, dijo para ceder nuevamente la tribuna a \u00c1lvarez Pizano para la declaratoria inaugural.<\/p>\n
