\u00a0\u00a0PERIB\u00c1N, MICH.-<\/strong>\u00a0 \u201cCon este tipo de capacitaciones buscamos generar la cultura de la prevenci\u00f3n, del conocimiento de los temas, para saber que hacer ante fen\u00f3menos naturales,\u00a0 pero no solo con la coordinaci\u00f3n entre los municipios y con los gobiernos estatal y federal, sino con la indispensable participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad en su conjunto\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el secretario municipal del ayuntamiento de Los Reyes, Ricardo Enrique Torres\u00a0 Barrag\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

Lo anterior durante la puesta en marcha del Curso \u201cFen\u00f3meno S\u00edsmico-Volc\u00e1nico y Elaboraci\u00f3n de Programas Especiales\u201d, \u00a0a realizarse durante 3 d\u00edas, el primero de ellos en este municipio y jueves y viernes en Los Reyes.\u00a0 La actividad tiene como objetivo prevenir e identificar los peligros asociados al vulcanismo monogen\u00e9tico, fortalecer las capacidades t\u00e9cnicas del personal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (PC) y capacitarlo en la implementaci\u00f3n de medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Bajo la organizaci\u00f3n de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (CEPCM), la Direcci\u00f3n General de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (DGPC), el Centro Nacional de Prevenci\u00f3n de Desastres (CENAPRED) y las Coordinaciones Municipales de PC de los municipios anfitriones, este curso contempl\u00f3 los municipios\u00a0 de la zona afectada por los enjambres s\u00edsmicos de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os: Los Reyes, Perib\u00e1n, Tanc\u00edtaro, Uruapan, San Juan Nuevo, Paracho y Tocumbo,<\/p>\n

La actividad inici\u00f3 en un conocido sal\u00f3n de este municipio, iniciando con un mensaje del presidente municipal de Perib\u00e1n, Alfredo Arroyo Arroyo, quien resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la prevenci\u00f3n, aspecto en el que Torres Barrag\u00e1n, a nombre del alcalde reyense Jos\u00e9 Antonio Salas Valencia, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que como PC se ha establecido una estrecha coordinaci\u00f3n entre municipios, lo que ha permitido hacer frente a diferentes contingencias de mejor manera.<\/p>\n

\u201cTambi\u00e9n d\u00e9jenme decirles que la indicaci\u00f3n de nuestro presidente es la fortalecer Protecci\u00f3n Civil; nosotros como municipio pudimos acceder a Fortapaz y se va a hacer una inversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica que nunca se hab\u00eda hecho en Los Reyes, y lo hacemos tambi\u00e9n porque ese recurso tambi\u00e9n de alguna manera sirve para toda la regi\u00f3n\u201d, abund\u00f3, en presencia de personal de las diferentes instancias y el\u00a0 edil de Tanc\u00edtaro, Gerardo Mora Mora.<\/p>\n

El curso contempla temas como Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgos, caracter\u00edsticas del Campo Monogen\u00e9tico Michoac\u00e1n-Guanajuato; peligros volc\u00e1nicos de este tipo de campos; origen y comportamiento de los enjambres s\u00edsmicos y las medidas necesarias durante su ocurrencia, con el fin de ir fortaleciendo los conocimientos y capacidades de Protecci\u00f3n Civil para desarrollar y proponer las medidas \u00f3ptimas de prevenci\u00f3n y mitigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Amuravi Ram\u00edrez Cisneros, subcoordinador de la CEPCM; Benjam\u00edn Garc\u00eda Vel\u00e1zquez, jefe del departamento de educaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n de la CEPCM y \u00c1ngel G\u00f3mez Vel\u00e1zquez, jefe de departamento de riesgos volc\u00e1nicos del Cenapred, dirigieron mensajes en los que destacaron la trascendencia del curso en una zona de alta sismicidad como la nuestra, para culminar el acto protocolario con la inauguraci\u00f3n a cargo del edil anfitri\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Acto seguido se llev\u00f3 a cabo una mesa de trabajo entre los especialistas y las autoridades de los municipios asistentes, aclarando dudas y realizando diversos planteamientos y propuestas. Cabe mencionar que por Los Reyes tambi\u00e9n estuvieron la s\u00edndico, Gudelia Oseguera Ceja, los regidores Juan V\u00edctor Garc\u00eda Apolinar y Jos\u00e9 Luis Vega Silva y el asesor jur\u00eddico Sergio Alberto Montufar Pulido.<\/p>\n
